HIITBURN Workout App

If you get the app, here are some recommendations for programs to start with:
STRONG45: If you have a set of dumbbells and want to build muscle, get stronger, and lean out
Sculpt: If you want to build muscle, get stronger, and lean out with no equipment, using your bodyweight only
Ignite: If you are more beginner or intermediate and/or any fitness level who likes more traditional style interval circuit training with no equipment, using your bodyweight only
HIIT On Demand: Any of the workouts in the “Workouts” tab are great individual workouts that you can do at any fitness level. These are great if you want to get in a short, but powerful HIIT workout (all are around 20-minutes). There are options using bodyweight only, bands, or dumbbells.
