That’s right. Be mindful, but do NOT eliminate your favorite foods! 


I know that sounds easy and a bit different from what you may have been told… 


So when Rachel followed my advice over the next several weeks, she was finally able to lose the weight she wanted, had incredible energy for her workouts, was sleeping better, and simply felt more energized throughout the day. 


To be honest, even though Rachel was surprised by their results, I wasn’t. 


This is something I have been teaching my clients for years. 


And the reason is simple: It works!


Nutrition Can Be Confusing and Frustrating… But It Doesn’t Need To Be!


When it comes to getting faster results, most people start thinking of everything they CAN’T eat or about what foods they need to eliminate from their diet. And…


Most often this comes from the “experts” telling you this. You know the drill…


“Cut out sugar and carbs.” 


“Only eat protein and veggies.” 


“Be sure you are in a major calorie deficit.” 


“Don’t eat after 8pm.”


“No desserts. Ever.”


It’s no wonder most diets are so miserable and made to be done for a very short period of time…


The sad truth is that we’ve been taught over and over again about all the foods you CAN’T eat or must eliminate to get results. 


And this puts us on defense rather than on offense. 


Plus, how long do those “don’t eat this or that” diets actually last? Most times, not very long. 


So what is the change that you can make to start seeing amazing results without giving up your favorite foods? 

1. Focusing on WHAT you eat

Do you cut out certain foods because they are “bad” or “unhealthy”? Do you avoid sugar or carbs or fats because you think they will make you gain weight? Have you ever questioned whether you should eat a certain food out of fear it would hurt your results?


I firmly believe that everyone should adopt the mindset of “no food off limits.” This eliminates the mindset of “I can’t eat this” and puts YOU in control. 


This is one of the most powerful changes you can make in your nutrition. And to be honest, once you do, you will see better results and actually enjoy your nutrition. 


Now of course, quality of ingredients is very important. Eating cookies and donuts all day probably won’t yield the best results. However, being able to enjoy a cookie for dessert or a donut on the weekend is something you absolutely can do while still working towards your goals. 


And on this challenge, I’ll show you how to do it. And don’t worry, I’ve helped thousands of people do this, so I know it works!

2. Focusing on WHEN you eat

Do you eat at set times everyday whether you are hungry or not? Do you eat breakfast because you were told that it’s “the most important meal”? Do you stop eating at 7PM because you were told you shouldn’t eat late at night?


Understanding when to eat for your body and goals can instantly take your results to the next level without changing anything else. However, most people don’t know how to do this for a variety of reasons. 


The good news is, there are a few very simple techniques that you will do in the next 30-days that will help you understand when YOU should eat for your body and goals.

3. Focusing on HOW you eat

Do you ever find yourself mindlessly eating? Have you ever finished a bag of chips or cookies without realizing it? Do you eat while distracted? Do you stop eating after you’ve “hit your macros” or “calories for the day”?


This might be the most important step because this brings in mindfulness to your eating. In other words, understanding how foods fuel your body and how they make you feel. 


Understanding how to eat helps you feel what hunger and fullness actually feels like. And the techniques I’ll show you are crazy simple yet extremely effective.

And once you implement these, this is when my clients start saying “it doesn’t even feel like I am on a diet.”
