I cannot tell you how great of decision that was, and how life-changing this will be for you. 


This program isn't some "quick fix." Instead, it's designed so that you can see fast AND lasting results so that you never have to "diet" again. 


I've personally been following the FIT Nutrition Guidelines for almost 10 years now.

STEP ONE: Dedicate 30-60 minutes to review the materials and go through the videos. 


You have momentum on your side right now. You just made an amazing decision, and that should feel so good. So let's keep that going. 


Set aside some time as soon as you can to start going through the videos and manuals that I provided. I made this as simple as possible for you, so we can go through it step-by-step. 


Now, a BIG question people ask is why I don't just give them exact meal plans.


The answer is simple: relying on someone to tell you exactly what to eat and when to eat only goes so far, and isn't all that reliable. 


Instead, my program shows you HOW to eat on your own body in any situation. And this knowledge is POWER in your life! 


So whether you are traveling, trying to reach a specific goal, going out to eat with friends... Whatever life throws at you, you will know how to eat!


STEP TWO: Start building your plan.


I've put together videos and have your main manual on exactly how to do this based on your goals. So take the time to sit down and build your plan. And don't worry, I give you templates and examples making this super easy. 


Just follow the videos and you'll be all set.

Once you have your meal plan built and ready, it's time to start.
