Timeline Nutrition: A big goal of mine is to focus on health for longevity. I have and always will say that prioritizing the basic habits of eating nutritious food choices often, moving the body, and getting good sleep will be the most important for setting yourself up for a healthy life. In addition, I personally have wanted to in some extra boosts to help support my body - for example, supporting my cells to function optimally. I’ve been using Timeline to help support cell mitochondria to enhance healthy longevity. The mitochondria in the cell helps produce energy and having healthy cells can give an extra boost from the inside out. 

OURA RING: Oura Ring has been an absolute game-changer for my sleep, recovery, and overall health. It helps me understand when my body needs more rest or when I can push a little harder. I also love waking up each morning to see how well I slept, and I've been able to make big improvements in my overall sleep quality thanks to Oura Ring.
